Niki’s journey in healthcare began at the bedside as a Registered Nurse, where she discovered that the most powerful medicine often comes from simply listening. Those early years taught her that every patient has a unique story, and exceptional care requires treating the whole person—not just their symptoms.
Driven by a vision to transform healthcare delivery, she pursued an MBA to understand the systems and strategies needed to make compassionate care accessible. Later, earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) equipped her with the clinical leadership to turn that vision into reality.
Today, Niki combines her clinical expertise with business acumen to lead Primary Care with one guiding principle: healthcare should come to you. She specializes in serving women and seniors, bringing comprehensive, personalized medical care directly to patients’ homes—where comfort, dignity, and independence thrive.
